Premiere mortgage company Perennial Funding and its IT department successfully developed a customer relationship management software program, thus improving the customers experience for new and existing clients.

This CRM software was constructed to advance the overall business and maintenance to their prospects and existing clients. This CRM software will assist Perennial Funding in identifying and analyzing the clients’ financial opportunities much more efficiently.

A CRM system allows companies such as Perennial Funding to manage their correspondence and interactions with their customers.

“The CRM will provide our service support team the most effective means to ensure clients are taken care of from the beginning to the end of the mortgage process. The idea and vision of this CRM software was brainstormed two years ago by Perennial Funding’s President and CEO, Corey Gee and COO/Marketing Director, Nick Giro.
