2013 U.S. Image Exchange Study Released

The study represents unique Voice of Customer (VOC) insight from over 360 respondents on their current Image Exchange use, future plans, and key drivers, among others. “We wanted to get the pulse of the market and uncover how organizations are thinking about the use of Image Exchanges,” said HIMSS Analytics Research Director, Brendan FitzGerald. “Our findings indicate that while a high percentage of respondent organizations currently utilize some level of image exchange, additional growth can be expected as more organizations move toward HIEs and Accountable Care.”
