Ixxus today announced that the company has been awarded the much-coveted title of ‘Best Solution Partner’. The award, which was presented by Alfresco CEO Doug Dennerline during Alfresco’s annual dedicated partner summit, rewards the partner which is seen to have had the most impressive global delivery of solutions across the course of the year. Ixxus was chosen from amongst more than 150 Alfresco partners working across the globe.
Ixxus was selected for the award due to its success in delivering digital solutions for some of the world’s largest publishing houses, transforming the way they manage their content. Recent work includes building a global assets repository for Oxford University Press, and supporting publishers in their digital transformation strategy by designing end-to-end, custom content and editorial platforms for Pearson and Dorling Kindersley.
Ixxus has been working with Alfresco technology since v0.6 to deliver innovative content solutions, including the award-winning IPP (Ixxus Publishing Platform), which unites the editorial capabilities of Alfresco with the unstructured XML publishing power of MarkLogic.
"We are very proud that Ixxus has been recognised for the thing which is most important to us - the quality of the solutions that we deliver,” said Steve Odart, CEO and Co-Founder of Ixxus, “Our Alfresco-based solutions are allowing publishers - some of the heaviest users of content – to transform their editorial processes and transition toward becoming more digitally-focused. We look forward to continuing our success working with Alfresco through 2014."
