The team received bronze in the Outstanding Customer Service category at the event, held at the city’s Hilton Hotel on 27th October.
The Cardiff store is one of two Leia boutiques, while the brand also retail online through leialingerie.com, which allows women to buy lingerie online as well as sportswear and swimwear. Leia shoppers can choose from collections from many popular brands including Freya, Fantasie, Fauve, Elomi and Huit – with sizes ranging from an A to K cup.
The Retail Awards judging panel included representatives from Cardiff Metropolitan University, South Wales University, Media Wales and digital marketing agency Pogo Digital. Leia’s Cardiff store manager Kathryn Smith and assistant store manager Laura Jones collected their award at the gala event.

With over 80% of women wearing the wrong bra size, we work really hard to invite all of our customers for a professional bra fitting to get them wearing the right size.
