These enhancements are excellent additions to our very strong coverage for D.C. metro area firms. And the Bar’s LPL Program is already very competitively priced, so this additional 5% is great news.

USI Affinity and the District of Columbia Bar are excited to announce a series of enhancements to the D.C. Bar Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance Program, including a 5% Credit on Lawyers’ Professional Liability (LPL) Insurance premiums for being a D.C. Bar member. The D.C. The program’s new 5% Member Credit will be applied to a law firm’s LPL premium for each attorney in the firm that is a D.C. Bar member. Other enhancements include the addition of coverage for Privacy Breach Investigation ($20,000 per policy period) and Network Security Breach coverage ($25,000 per policy period), Subpoena Assistance Coverage ($25,000 per policy period) and a broadened definition of legal services to include expert witness, government advisor or lobbyist.

“As the D.C. And the Bar’s LPL Program is already very competitively priced, so this additional 5% is great news.
