Release Offers Fiber Equipment Modeling Enhancements and Small Cell Capabilities for iBwave Design and Performance Improvements for iBwave Unity

iBwave, the standard for in-building software and training, is pleased to announce the release of key updates to the iBwave Product Suite , supporting new industry trends as well as improvements in collaboration and usability, further automating the in-building design process.

iBwave Design version 6.4 has been equipped with fiber cable and component modeling improvements, an enhanced design compliance engine to quickly validate desired performance criteria, upgrades to uplink analysis, and improved support for small cell hardware, ensuring users are able to create state-of-the-art wireless network designs. iBwave Unity Enterprise version 2.5 comes with significant performance improvements in order to scale to a higher number of projects , a brand new report engine to easily retrieve project data, and an enhanced API to share with other business applications. iBwave Mobile has also been improved with a new markup layer, further reducing the need for paperwork during site surveys.

iBwave is also now offering a range of complementary services to help ease the transition time for companies migrating to iBwave Unity and to support some of the non RF tasks in iBwave Design, ensuring engineers can concentrate on RF responsibilities. The release comes merely one week before the company celebrates its ten year anniversary.
