Haynes and Boone Moves Silicon Valley Office to Palo Alto
Palo Alto, California (PRWEB) December 02, 2013 -- Haynes and Boone, LLP is relocating its Silicon Valley office from San Jose to a full floor of Class A office space in downtown Palo Alto’s only high-rise.
The new 525 University Ave. address – with its easy access to public transit, five-star restaurants, retail amenities and underground parking -- has developed a reputation as a premier destination for the top professional service firms in the downtown core.
“With such a large number of our technology clients located in Silicon Valley, we needed this move to provide a better avenue for our planned strategic growth,” said office Administrative Partner Gary Edwards. “We look forward to introducing our clients to our new home early next year.”

Move-in is projected to be in late January, with occupancy beginning on Feb. 1. The fourth floor is 9,186 square feet. The firm will also be leasing 3,905 square feet of basement space for file storage, server room, storage and back-office functions. The combined spaces total 13,091 square feet.
As part of the firm’s Silicon Valley office expansion goals, it most recently added Bruce McNamara as a partner in the Haynes and Boone Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group. McNamara has served as a key advisor to numerous private and public companies and their boards of directors and board committees. He regularly represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, recapitalizations, venture financings, joint ventures and other strategic transactions as well as general corporate matters.
