Seattle, Washington (PRWEB) December 03, 2013
Total Wine & More, a national wine superstore chain, has completed a 10-year lease for 25,000 square feet at 1600 Armory Way, Seattle, Washington. The site will be part of a 103,000 square foot shopping center anticipated to open in second quarter 2015.
“The shopping center is a step towards the gentrifying of the Interbay area from mainly industrial property to retail and multi-family,” said Dave Speers, senior vice president at Kidder Mathews. Dave Speers, Tim Foster, and Jason Rosauer represented the landlord, Port 601 LLC, part of Seattle real estate developer, Kauri Investments. Total Wine was represented by Lee Guillory of Seattle Pacific Realty.
“Interbay is transitioning to more retail since it is along a major corridor to the city as well as located between Queen Anne Hill and Magnolia,” said Kent Angier, President & CEO, Kauri Investments.
