NHMA, along with Clemente Jr., will seek to educate and empower Hispanic physicians to lead efforts to improve the health of Hispanic and other underserved populations in collaboration with the state Hispanic medical societies, resident and medical student organizations, and other public and private sector partners. NHMA members become part of a community of Hispanic physicians and other healthcare professionals dedicated to improving healthcare for Hispanics, eliminating healthcare disparities, and advancing and promoting the profession.
