Capsule to Host Photo Share at Operation Gratitude’s One Millionth Care Package Event
(PRWEB) December 04, 2013 -- Operation Gratitude is celebrating the assembly of their One Millionth Care Package and has partnered with Capsule to capture the event.
It will be a historic day, as Operation Gratitude is the first military support organization to accomplish this incredible milestone. The One Millionth Care Package Event will take place on December 7th, 2013 on a field adjacent to the Van Nuys National Guard Armory. It will be a day of celebration with activities for all ages as well as a day of honor and remembrance.
When asked about Capsule, Ann Hamilton, Director of Social Media, said, “We’re delighted to have Capsule at our event and excited that we’ll be able to document and preserve every moment of this historic day. The live streaming photo wall will be a great addition as well!”
With Capsule, guests can easily add photos to the event’s group album via CapsuleCam (for iPhone or Android) or with Instagram by using the special hashtag: #OpGrat. After the event, guests can access the photo album to download images, interact with other guests, and comment and share images to their own social networks.
Capsule CEO & Co-founder, Cyrus Farudi said, “We are honored to be a part of this event, and happy to support such a wonderful organization! It is our hope that everyone will use Capsule to promote the cause and share their experience!”
