We chose Vital for several reasons. First, we were impressed and proud to tout a partnership with a Fortune 500 company. And, we chose them because our quality service is now backed by an accredited data center partner.
MADISON, Wis. (PRWEB) December 04, 2013
Today, Vital Support Systems announces Symmetry Corporation has selected to expand their IT environment into Vital’s Tier 3 data center space near Madison, Wis.
“Our rapid growth in the hosting/cloud market, along with demands by new clients, put our search for a world-class state-of-the-art Tier 3 data center facility on the fast-track,” said Dan Wilhelms, Symmetry founder and board member. “We needed to find a new, competitively priced facility that could match our best-in-class service model. We were also looking for a facility that would allow us to not only meet, but exceed, the high quality of service our clients expect from Symmetry. We found that partnership with Vital.”
According to Symmetry, the company evaluated at least six vendors, including the facilities’ quality assurance and price point. Wilhelms noted, “Vital stood above the competition in standards, its support model and value to Symmetry. The cultural fit between Symmetry and Vital’s employees was also highly compatible.”
