Complete Auto Loans Publishes a Winter Emergency Survival Guide
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) December 04, 2013 -- In early December, Complete Auto Loans began its release of a multi-part winter weather series for its clients and for other car owners. The second issue in the series came out today, December 3rd 2013, and it covers driver/passenger survival in the event of a car breakdown or stranding during a winter storm.
Snowstorms in the Pacific Northwest can be deadly, and statistically they claim more lives among drivers than all other weather types combined. Snowstorms combine poor visibility and traction to create unsafe driving conditions, and low temperatures can be fatal to people who are stranded on the road without gas and heat.
Rob Kaiser, content director at Complete Auto Loans had this to say, “We feel that our responsibility as the Northwest’s leading online auto lender is to ensure that all car buyers know some of the common dangers that they will face on the road. While winter survival might not be on everyone’s mind when they buy a car, we are approaching a particularly dangerous season for motorists throughout the area.”
Complete Auto Loans plans to continue the winter weather series of articles throughout the month of December, educating car owners on the hazards that they may face during the winter. From snow tires to whiteouts, there are many different factors at play during winter driving that are not as familiar to the 532,000 transplants to the Pacific Northwest.
In addition to its ongoing educational campaign, Complete Auto Loans is also in the early stages of a marketing drive that will culminate in a special Christmas giveaway. While Complete Auto Loans spokespeople were mum on the details of that giveaway, they did hint that it would be a great value for the customer that is able to win.
