Reputation.com and Caring.com Partner to Drive More Senior Living Insights for Consumers and Providers

Reputation.com, the market and technology leader in online reputation management, has partnered with Caring.com, the leading senior care website, to deliver better consumer-driven insights to people seeking senior living communities for aging loved ones.

Through the new agreement, Reputation.com will pull Caring.com’s reviews into its Reputation for Business product, a cloud-based platform that enables its assisted living and nursing home clients to immediately see and respond to new feedback from consumers. Additionally, the reviews that consumers provide via Reputation.com-furnished kiosks at these care providers will be submitted to Caring.com’s site so that others will have the opportunity to see more perspectives about a senior living community they’re considering for themselves or loved ones.
