Lake Forest, CA (PRWEB) December 06, 2013 -- PCM of California, Inc., (PCM), an Associa company and the leading provider of professional community management services throughout southern California, announced today that CEO Donny Disbro has been re-installed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association of Southern California – Orange County Chapter (BIA/OC).
A member of the Board since 2009, Disbro was re-installed during BIA/OC’s annual Board Installation Dinner at The Ranch restaurant in Anaheim, California.
"It’s an honor to serve on a Board comprised of so many talented professionals committed to growing and advancing the needs of Orange County’s homebuilding industry," said Disbro. “As a company, we enjoy the opportunity to work closely with industry leaders in creating exquisite communities and world-class lifestyles throughout southern California and Nevada.”
As community manager, PCM works hand-in-hand with client homebuilders from the beginning of the planning and development process in order to customize the unique structure and maximize the value of each new community. In this way, the company serves as a valuable partner in the sales and marketing process.
Known as the Building Contractors’ Association when it was first founded in 1923, BIA/OC represents the diverse interests of not just homebuilders and developers but trade contractors, planning firms, land use attorneys and other companies affiliated with the industry. BIA/OC’s Board composition reflects this diversity, contributing to a more powerful and unified voice and an organization that is more responsive to the needs of its members.
“Donny Disbro is a solid presence on our Board,” explained Mike Balsamo, chief executive officer of BIA/OC. “We recognized long ago that success representing and advocating on behalf of the homebuilding industry is heavily dependent upon the keen insights and active participation of the industry’s affiliated companies.”
“We greatly value Donny’s continued leadership and PCM’s active involvement in the association,” Balsamo concluded.
