In searching for a new President, TeleSight identified Jeff Mollway as a leader who would build on the strength of the company’s outstanding customer satisfaction feedback solutions and accelerate growth into other areas of market research. Jeff comes to TeleSight with nearly 25 years’ experience in the market research industry, on both the client-side and supplier-side. Since 2003 he served in key positions at Synovate, now part of Ipsos. Most recently he was Vice President guiding the Observer Full Service business unit. Jeff and his team provided a wide range of research services including full consultation, execution, analysis, and delivery on complex projects including brand equity/tracking, concept/product testing, A&U, copy testing, customer satisfaction, segmentation, and discrete choice. Jeff is skilled in quantitative and qualitative research, both domestic and global. He is proficient in multiple data collection methodologies including online, phone, mail, IVR, and in-person interviewing.
