North American Bancard Announces Agreement with Discover to Offer PayPal In Store at Checkout

This means that North American Bancard’s merchants will be able to accept PayPal and will be able to tap into PayPal’s rapidly growing customer base that has swelled to more than 55 million active customers in the U.S., more and more of whom will be using a PayPal payment card.
