Juana Ayers Named Vice President of Human Resources At Seminole Hard Rock Tampa
Tampa, Florida (PRWEB) December 04, 2013 -- Juana Ayers has joined Seminole Hard Rock Tampa (SHRT) as its new Vice President of Human Resources. Her first day will be January 6, 2014.
Ayers, with 18 years of experience in Human Resources, arrives at SHRT after recent stints at The Palms Casino and MGM Resorts International, respectively, in Las Vegas.
At The Palms Casino, Ayers provided leadership and strategic direction for all Human Resources functions. She also served on executive planning and policy-making committees as related to retirement, compensation, employee engagement and philanthropy.
Among her many responsibilities at MGM Resorts International was the management of a $2.8 million department budget for both the MGM Grand and The Signature Suites.
After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Ayers began her Human Resources career in 1995 with David M. Griffith & Associates in West Palm Beach.
Proficient in German, Ayers is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
