KegWorks Releases Exclusive Line of Beer-Centric Holiday Greeting Cards
Buffalo, New York (PRWEB) December 06, 2013 -- Playing off of classic Christmas sayings, songs, and traditions, KegWorks, the Buffalo-based retailer of “Tools for Drinking,” has created four original holiday greeting cards that are now available, exclusively on their website.
Each of the cards contains a simple cartoon graphic alongside a quick and witty line. One features a pint of beer outfitted with an elf’s hat and boots. The line next to the pint reads, “Say Hello To Santa’s Little Helper,” and the inside simply says “Merry Christmas.”
The cards are printed on low-gloss, heavy stock paper, measuring seven inches in width and five in height. KegWorks is offering the cards in sets of eight, featuring two copies of each design with included envelopes.
When asked about the concepts for the cards, Collin Wittman, KegWorks Copywriter, said, “I approached them with a very simple mindset. I wanted something that would register within seconds of seeing them.” Speaking on the design, he added, “I had a rough idea of what I wanted to see, but our designer really blew it out of the water.”
They’re hoping the cards will be bought in tandem with many of the other products they offer. “What better way to complement a gift for a beer lover?” says David Rivers, KegWorks President and Minister of Culture. “You get them a beer-centric present with one of these cards to boot, and your gift giving skills will remain forever remembered and revered.”
