Particle Measuring Systems announces the release of its latest high-technology product for ultra-clean manufacturing environments, the Nano-ID NPC10. The NPC10 provides accurate characterization of nanoparticle contaminants to help avoid yield loss in semiconductor, data storage and flat-panel display manufacturing processes. Their revolutionary advancements in CPC (condensation particle counting) technology facilitate continuous monitoring of particulates down to 10 nm at very low concentrations, while offering 2,000 hours of operation between non-toxic working fluid refills. These advancements allow laboratory sensitivity for in-situ monitoring and point-of-use troubleshooting applications.

The NPC10 uniquely combines high sensitivity and low zero count for optimum performance in monitoring nanoparticles in the cleanest environments. Industry leading zero count of <0.1 cts/L provides users with the ability to monitor in ISO Class 1 and 2 cleanrooms. The instrument combines high sample flow rate for maximizing raw data collection and low zero counts so particle trend information and particle excursions are obvious above background levels. Working fluid is nontoxic and does not require special handling or storage.
