27 Day Life Changing Journaling Challenge – January 1-27
Boston, Massachusetts (PRWEB) December 06, 2013 -- CreateWriteNow is offering a journaling challenge workshop from January 1-27 that walks participants through learning to journal and the self-discovery process that goes with it.
This 27 day, life-changing journaling workshop follows the exercises laid out in the workbook, “Peace of Mind and Body: 27 Days of Journaling to Health and Happiness.” Participants write daily on the themes given in the workbook and then log in to a private online classroom to discuss and share their experiences.
The daily prompts in the 27 Days of Journaling event lead participants into their thoughts and dreams, where they discover the origins of key personality traits and patterns that define their core character. This enables an individual to increase their awareness and make inner and outer changes more quickly and easily.
The challenges help the participants describe their discoveries, express their hopes, and articulate plans for the future. Through unique prompts and thoughtful suggestions, the course leads participants to a more clear understanding of themselves and greater courage in facing their futures.
The course aims to deepen people’s benefits from the daily journaling practice and also to encourage people to interact and share stories. In the private forum, participants can share their experiences with others who are working through the challenge.
The challenge is led by Mari L. McCarthy, founder of Create Write Now. The course is free, though participants must register in advance and purchase a workbook ($18.97). Details and registration can be found at http://www.createwritenow.com/peace-of-mind-and-body---27-days-of-journaling-to-health--happiness-sign-up/. Free, private Skype sessions with McCarthy are also available to workshop participants.
A participant from a previous 27 day challenge, Caroline, said, "I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy the current journaling exercises. I haven't been able to journal for a very long time, and there is something about this particular book that has re-energized me! I am a mental health professional, and plan on using some of the material/directing clients to your website."
Another participant, Debbie, said, “I must say I'm really enjoying the journaling. Very inspired to get moving on a couple of projects. I think this is just what I needed! So thank you!"
