Haag Education and Crawford Educational Services® Launch Joint Learning Programs
Irving, Texas (PRWEB) December 07, 2013 -- Haag Education, LLC and Crawford Educational Services are proud to announce the launch of joint learning programs for damage assessment professionals. This collaborative, customized learning program allows users to access both Crawford and Haag certification and continuing education (CE) courses, programs and related material on both companies’ respective websites. This program uses both Crawford & Company’s KMC On Demand℠ technology platform and Haag Education’s new database of online damage assessment training modules. Damage assessment professionals can access Haag and Crawford’s online training component at http://haageducation.com/kmc-on-demand/ (KMC On Demand courses) and http://www.kmcondemand.com/haag) (Haag’s courses).
“Both Crawford and Haag are leaders in training of claims adjusters. We realized that adjusters needed more and better access to training, so we are partnering to offer one another’s products and services to our customers,” said Ryan Holdhusen, vice president, Haag Education, LLC. “As both organizations continue to develop specialized offerings for the insurance industry, we will actively be seeking opportunities for continued collaboration.”
This collaboration gives Haag customers more than 200 hours of state-accredited online CE courses and an opportunity to access Crawford Educational Services’ extensive property and casualty classroom programs via traditional and virtual classroom delivery. KMC On Demand by Crawford customers will benefit from Haag’s ever-growing variety of their scientifically based on-line roofing and property damage assessment seminars and its groundbreaking “Haag Certified Inspector” classroom programs.
Students may purchase courses individually, and Crawford will apply for and track CE credits for those using KMC’s and Haag’s learning platforms. Both Haag and Crawford maintain providership licenses with all states that require continuing education for insurance adjusters, enabling them to provide students CE credit for all their courses. Customers of Crawford Educational Services and Haag Education will also benefit from various studies, white papers and articles made available by both Haag and Crawford.
In addition to the training courses, both sites will link to insurance-relevant information such as social networks and blogs, state licensing requirements, career resources and job outlooks, and analytic reports on scientific research, specific storms, earthquakes and other important industry resources.
“Haag is a very well-known and respected leader in the claims industry, and we’re excited to be working with their Education division on this partnership” said Douglas Dell, senior vice president of Crawford Educational Services for Crawford, the world’s largest independent provider of claims management solutions. “By bringing together unique courses that complement each other we can provide one of the most complete claims curriculums for customized learning in the country.”
