Lubbock, TX (PRWEB) December 07, 2013 -- Today, a representative of Glasheen, Valles, & Inderman, LLP - a personal injury law firm with offices in Texas and New Mexico - released that the firm has filed a lawsuit in the 202nd District Court of Bowie County, Texas. According to the suit (cause number 13C1821-RO2) a Freightliner truck owned by 3 Star Trucking crashed in the early morning hours of November 1, 2013 and came to rest on its side in both southbound lanes on Highway 84, north of Snyder, Texas. Lacona Harrell and her father, Henry Bean, Jr., were traveling as passengers in a southbound car along Highway 84 when their car collided with the truck undercarriage. Ms. Harrell was attempting to pull her father, Mr. Bean, out of the wreckage when a Peterbilt truck operated by Easely Trucking drove into the wreckage. Henry Bean, Jr. was killed. Lacona Harrell sustained severe injuries.
