In this presentation, Dr. Seema Kanwal, BSc, ND will discuss clever, practical ideas on how to clean up your holiday eating habits and keep off that unwanted layer of holiday fat. As the “holiday bulge” is a common problem for those without a healthy eating plan, this event is expected to draw a large audience.
