capSpire Employees Unified Around Corporate Culture of Giving Back
Fayetteville, ARKANSAS; Tulsa, OKLAHOMA; Houston, TEXAS; Dublin, IRELAND (PRWEB) December 06, 2013 -- Behind capSpire’s commitment to creating innovative technical solutions and providing value to its customers, you’ll find a company that is equally dedicated at all levels to fostering a culture of giving. The global consulting and solutions firm with offices in Fayetteville, Arkansas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Dublin, Ireland; as well as employees in Texas and elsewhere, is making a difference through the causes they support within their respective local communities. Doing so requires executive leadership with a dedication to philanthropy, as well as employees who are motivated and passionate about gratitude, charitable giving, and volunteerism.
One way capSpire encourages its employees to pursue charitable giving is through the company’s holiday employee donation program. Established in 2011, the program allows randomly selected employees to identify a non-profit organization of their choice to receive a large monetary donation from the firm. Charities are selected by employees based on cause, need, and personal experience or involvement.
Also during the holiday season, capSpire has taken a unique approach on client gifts. The firm forgoes the tradition of giving gift baskets to clients and instead sends monetary donations to charity groups on behalf of their clients. The firm also sends a team to the Good Samaritan House in Springdale to serve Thanksgiving dinners to local members of the community in need of a hot meal.
Over the past year, capSpire, as an organization, or its employees have volunteered time and donated money to a variety of local and national non-profit organizations such as:
• Habitat for Humanity
• Pearl House
• Cobblestone Project
• Havenwood
• The Little Lighthouse
• Tulsa Historical Society
• Judith Karman Hospice
• Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
• Salvation Army
• Youth Services of Tulsa
• Project Hope
capSpire remains focused on supporting education by providing scholarships to computer engineering, computer science, and industrial engineering students at the University of Arkansas, as well as, industrial engineering students at Oklahoma State University. capSpire employees have also supported local elementary schools via participation in charity runs and monetary donations.
“capSpire’s corporate culture of giving is brought to life by the work we do serving our communities – through charitable giving and volunteerism. As we expand within the United States and internationally, we will continue to leverage the power of our team members, partners, and clients to collectively make a positive difference to the locations where we live and work,” says capSpire CEO Lance Laubach.
