New Lawsuit Alleges Defective Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant: Now, AttorneyOne Can Provide Advice

In the lawsuit, the plaintiff claims that he was implanted with the Zimmer NexGen Knee in 2008 and, due to complications, he had to undergo revision surgery in 2011.
Court data, updated on November 18, by the US Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, indicate that there are 1,134 cases currently pending in the Zimmer NexGen knee implant Multidistrict Litigation (MDL 2272, US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois).
