Title Alliance Celebrates 30th Anniversary of Setting Up RESPA Compliant Title Insurance Joint Ventures
Media, PA (PRWEB) December 11, 2013 -- Title Alliance, a leader in RESPA compliant title insurance joint ventures, is preparing to close the year by celebrating the 30th anniversary of their first title joint venture. The company’s initial venture began in Lehigh Valley in 1983 with a realtor based entity. Since then, Title Alliance has created and managed over 100 successful title joint ventures with realtors, builders, and lenders. Through mergers, acquisitions, sales, and the ever-changing market, Title Alliance currently has 34 ventures open.
Since 2000, Title Alliance’s Joint Ventured Companies have profited over $48.8 million through October 30. Partners in the joint ventures have used their dividends to pay for schooling for their children, family vacations, upgrading technology equipment and saving for retirement to name a few things.
Today, Title Alliance has 17 entities partnered with Keller Williams Realty Offices; 9 entities partnered with Re/Max Offices; 5 entities partnered with Independent Real Estate Brokerages; 2 entities partnered with Lender Based Companies and 1 entity partnered with multiple agent members. These entities have cumulatively closed over 7914 transactions and service over 4000 real estate agents.

Over the past 30 years, Title Alliance has developed several notable joint ventures:
1. Executive Settlement Provider, LP was formed in 1996 as a partnership between Re/Max Executive in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and still remains open today.
2. First Land Transfer, located in Exton, PA and formed in 2004, recently celebrated crossing the $3.5 million milestone in profits.
3. Newman Title Agency, a Strongsville OH based company, was acquired by Title Alliance in June of 2009 and is partnered with Russell Real Estate Services.
4. America Land Title Affiliates, a multi-member joint venture in Akron, OH, was acquired by Title Alliance in May of 2009. It’s comprised of 25 top producing independent Real Estate agents in the Akron Real Estate Market.
