The 120-unit condominium community is another example of PCM’s strong and rapid growth throughout the Inland Empire this year. In recent months, the company also assumed management responsibilities for Corona’s Butterfield Estates and Murrieta’s Northstar Ranch homeowner’s associations, among others.

PCM will serve as the managing agent to the Magnolia Palms Homeowner’s Association’s Board of Directors, providing budget guidance, state-of-the-art web and IT management and support services, project coordination as well as oversight of all vendors for various services such as landscaping and painting.

The 120-unit condominium community located near downtown Riverside features several amenities, including a pool and spa.
