Cardno Appoints New Leadership Within the Americas Region
Portland, OR (PRWEB) December 09, 2013 -- Engineering and environmental consulting firm Cardno have made two key appointments that will drive growth within its Americas Region, which includes North and South America.
Mr. Todd Williams will take up the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Strategy & Development, which will allow him to lead the strategy and client-facing activities to drive organic growth objectives.
Mr. Chip Blankenhorn will fulfill Mr. Williams’ former role as Executive Vice President of the Natural Resources Management & Health Sciences Division.
Both appointments will report to Cardno Americas President Paul Gardiner.

Mr. Blankenhorn has been with Cardno ENTRIX for over 19 years and most recently led Cardno ENTRIX’s Western Area Operations.
“Chip is uniquely situated to lead the Division due to his in-depth understanding of the staff and perspectives on client service needs in the ecological, human health and environment and regulatory space. I am confident he will continue to build the business while enhancing the service experience for our clients,” Mr. Gardiner said.
Mr. Williams is based in Barrington, IL and Mr. Blankenhorn is based in Santa Barbara, CA. Both have been key contributors to Cardno’s strong performance in recent years and their appointments to these broader roles reflect the firm’s culture of developing great people and leveraging team strengths.
