IT Sourcing and Procurement Summit Returns to San Francisco
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) December 10, 2013 -- Global Strategic Management Institute (GSMI) is excited to announce that the IT Sourcing and Procurement Summit is returning to San Francisco, March 26-27, 2014 at the Marines’ Memorial Club.
ITSPS will showcase procurement and vendor management strategies from the industry’s best and brightest. Attendees will get a chance to network with other industry professionals and bring back new tactics to approach contract negotiations and procurement plans.
Carla Di Castro, Director of McKesson and Cindy Rodoni, President of ISM-NC, will be presenting as guest speakers on the main conference agenda. John Callison, Sr. Manager of SAP will also presenting a case study on the best practices of talent management.
John Callison is a lead negotiator on technology purchases for SAP’s Cloud Business Unit, and is currently a Senior Manager on the Strategic Sourcing Team. He responsible for all Cloud related technology sourcing. John has been in leading technology centric sourcing roles for many years and hails from world recognized Fortune 500 companies such as Genentech, NetApp, and Oracle.
Carla Di Castro currently serves as Director of Strategic Sourcing at McKesson with responsibilities for Software, Hardware and Consulting Services. Carla oversees a broad range of global sourcing initiatives, contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier/vendor management programs. She has worked across industries such as Energy/ Oil & Gas, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Entertainment, Health Care/Pharmaceutical and Information Technology. She also previously worked as a consultant in procurement/supply management on large projects with Fortune 500 Companies.
Cynthia (Cindy) Rodoni, CPSM, C.P.M currently serves as President of ISM-NC and is an IT Strategic Sourcing Consultant at McKesson Corporation in San Francisco. During her career, Cindy was one of a handful of women in senior leadership at the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturer in Japan; was responsible for Real Estate, Procurement, Operations and Business Development teams in a successful telecommunications start-up; and worked inside the halls of Congress on Capitol Hill.

Her speaking session will share tips and useful insights which are applicable to almost any situation.
