Loyalty 360 Launches the Loyalty 360 Awards Call for Entries
Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) December 10, 2013 -- Loyalty 360 – The Loyalty Marketer’s Association has launched the call for entries for the inaugural Loyalty 360 Awards. By scoring loyalty programs across a series of five categories that impact customer loyalty, the Loyalty 360 Awards will rank loyalty programs in an objective and unbiased way. Winners will be recognized for using innovative, cutting-edge and creative approaches to create customer loyalty.
“Offering an enticing rewards card or incentive program is no longer enough to create customer loyalty. It takes a sophisticated and multi-disciplined loyalty strategy to appeal to today’s savvy consumers and create long-term, profitable customers,” explains Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty 360. “We want to recognize the companies that take a 360-degree view of the customer to build an effective loyalty program.”
The Loyalty 360 Awards will be the first to rank loyalty programs based on an evaluation of five disciplines that impact customer loyalty. The result will be an objective, unbiased, and comprehensive assessment of loyalty programs – a first of its kind for loyalty marketing awards. The winner of the 360-Degree Loyalty Award will have the highest total score for the five categories, based on an assessment by a panel of judges. The five disciplines that programs will be evaluated on are: Reward Program, Customer Experience and Engagement, Use of Technology in Loyalty Marketing, Creative Campaign in Loyalty Marketing, and Use of Customer Insights/Voice of the Customer in Loyalty Marketing. Winners will also be named for each of the five disciplines.
“Our focus with the Loyalty 360 Awards is to judge loyalty programs in an objective and comprehensive way so that we may recognize the brands that are truly demonstrating thought-leadership for their industry,” Johnson says. “For each of the five disciplines we are evaluating on, we want to identify the companies that are being innovative – those who are approaching loyalty marketing in ways that others have not.”
Any company with a strong customer loyalty strategy is encouraged to enter. Nominations will be accepted from all industries and companies of all sizes operating in North America. The call for entries closes on Jan. 26, 2014. A luncheon to announce and honor winners will take place on March 17, 2014 during Loyalty Expo 2014 at The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL.
