The fine dining restaurant, located within 1862 David Walley’s Hot Springs Resort and Spa, offers the finest selection of wild game in the Tahoe region. Selections include Wild Boar Rack, Pheasant Breast and Buffalo Short Ribs to entice the most discriminating palate in your group.

Let Chef Richard LaCounte take you on a delicious journey beginning with the Lobster Ravioli or Spiced Quail, along with a Spinach Salad topped with Marinated Beets, followed by a delectable entrée of Prosciutto Wrapped Prawns or Antelope Chops.
