Bridgeway Software Extends Footprint in New York City Legal Departments with Five New Agencies

New York City agencies rely on LawManager to manage legal matters and strengthen the services they deliver to the public.

Bridgeway Software, the most recommended provider of legal service management solutions, today announced that several New York City (NYC) entities have selected LawManager® to electronically manage their legal matters and improve the speed and services they bring to residents. Through a city initiative known as CaseMatters, each of the participating NYC offices can more effectively manage their case load and legal matters, and better handle their administrative case management needs. LawManager is already in use at several city agencies including the New York City Law Department.

This capability will improve the services and information the agencies are able to provide to the public on a timely basis. By allowing legal teams to define rules-based work processes and notifications, and by automating document production with a powerful document merging feature, LawManager streamlines workflows and significantly reduces the time and effort needed to manage legal matters. LawManager also has a variety of reporting solutions that are each designed to address specific requirements and different users, enabling users to create custom reports with a built-in reporting tool.
