In September 2013, IXACT Contact came out with its highly anticipated Teams module, which gives teams the ability to assign leads, tasks, and appointments to other team members, send communication using either team branding or individual team member branding, and much more. As a great real estate contact management solution for teams, thousands of REALTORS® across North America started using the software (and have been very happy).

The company also released a number of time-saving “set it and forget it” enhancements, such as the ability to automatically assign all new contacts to their monthly e-Newsletter, and the ability to automatically assign website leads to a drip marketing plan, giving IXACT Contact an auto-responder capability.

The popularity and widespread usage of IXACT Contact’s real estate newsletter by its customers has also contributed to the firm’s success. Its customers love that they get a professionally designed and written monthly real estate newsletter and are pleased with the positive feedback they get on it from their clients.

Another key contributor to IXACT Contact’s record breaking year: its top-notch Customer Support Team that exists to help customers get the maximum possible value from their IXACT Contact subscription. IXACT Contact’s Customer Support Team will upload a customer’s data free of charge, set up wireless sync to their smartphone, help them get started with the software, and answer any questions they might have.

Unlike many call centers where callers regularly wait 30 or 40 minutes in queue, IXACT Contact’s goal is to answer 80% of all calls immediately, with an average wait time of no more than two minutes. Earlier in the year, the company also extended its Customer Support hours from 9am to 8pm EST, serving the needs of those on both the east and west coast.

When customers sign up for IXACT Contact, not only do they benefit from free and unlimited customer support, they also get access to the company’s online library of tutorial and quick tip videos.
