Columbus, OH (PRWEB) December 09, 2013
Attorney David Meyer, founding principal of the investment fraud law firm Meyer Wilson, was selected yet again to the list of Super Lawyers® (David Meyer, 2014). This is Mr. Meyer’s fourth consecutive year to be recognized in the list of Super Lawyers®.
To be included in this list, an attorney must go through a rigorous review process involving third-party research and peer evaluations. Those with the highest scores in 12 categories of peer recognition and professional achievement are listed in Super Lawyers®. Categories of evaluation include things like verdicts and settlements, experience, other honors and awards, special certifications, and more. The final list includes no more than five percent of attorneys in each state.
Prior to his first nomination to the list of Super Lawyers®, Mr. Meyer was voted to the list of Rising Stars℠ (2005-2007, 2009). Rising Stars℠ is a list reserved for attorneys who meet all the same qualifications as attorneys included in Super Lawyers®, with the difference being that attorneys in Rising Stars℠ are either under the age of 40 or have practiced law for 10 years or less.
Super Lawyers® also issues “Top 100” and “Top 50” lists each year. Attorneys chosen for these lists are considered the best in the pool of attorneys already selected as Super Lawyers®. In both 2012 and 2013, Mr. Meyer was included in the Top 50 list of Columbus Super Lawyers® as well as the Top 100 list for Ohio Super Lawyers®.
