Dixie Graphics Adds New Customer-driven Roles with Key Talent

Nashville, Tenn., packaging premedia and architectural solutions company, Dixie Graphics, has announced key promotions and role additions to further strengthen its suite of customer-driven services.

The roles of Team Lead for DG’s premedia and architectural divisions have been assigned to Patti Clark and Christi Baird respectively. Both have extensive account services experience and will add cross training and the implementation of systems standard operating procedures to their roles within DG’s account services team.

DG Account Services Director Johnna Imel: “Christi and Patti both have the necessary blend of skill and drive to make them key players in the reinvention of Dixie Graphics.”

Both Clark and Baird will continue to work with their teams as well as DG’s print and architectural customers from the company headquarters in Nashville, Imel says, although their roles and visibility with customers will increase.

Additionally, Imel and DG Executive Vice President Matt Williams announced the promotion of Blaine Hayes to Workflow Implementation Manager. Hayes will lead the cross-functional systems implementation team in order to strengthen Dixie’s core business and to prepare for future agile business models enabling DG to be increasingly responsive to customer needs.
