o    Policy Growth is broken into New Business, Round Outs and Converted Prospects
o    Policy Retention shows Renewals, Rewrites and Lost Business
  •     New Lead Status assists your agents in adding or changing policy status by prompting with reminders at pre-determined stages in the sales cycle.
  •     We’ve also updated the Lead Details page to make it clear the type of status a lead is in – Prospect, Active Lead or Client.
o    This will help agents recognize immediately if they have a lead in an incorrect status.
