Under the "One plus One" Program Advanced guarantees to give anyone an offer to buy their house even if it is in foreclosure and the value of the house is less than the mortgage balance. Conditions apply.
Dunedin, FL (PRWEB) December 10, 2013
Selling a foreclosure house for fast cash got easier for people in Tampa yesterday when Advanced Realty Team announced a new program and the purchase of a new web site, WhoBuysForeclosures.com.
Advanced is a Dunedin, FL-based real estate boutique which has specialized in buying houses fast for two decades.
"We are extending our "One plus One" program to the city of Tampa and at the same time we are announcing the purchase of a new web site called "whoBUYSforeclosures.com," said George Beardsley, president-broker of Advanced.
Conditions Always Do Apply
Under the "One plus One" Program Advanced guarantees to give anyone an offer to buy their house even if it is in foreclosure and the value of the house is less than the mortgage balance. The house must be at least a month away from a hearing at which final judgment for sale could be ordered and the seller must have clear title.
Our goal has been to provide a place for one-stop shopping to sell a house fast," Beardsley said. "We have several websites that offer objective third-party information on how to sell a house fast."
Now Advanced has purchased the whoBUYSforeclosures.com site, which will provide information specializing on the purchase of homes in foreclosure, the company said.
Still a Work in Progress
"WhoBUYSforeclosures.com is very much a work in progress and we would not normally have released the information about the site," Beardsley said.
"However, after seeing the difficulty the federal government is having putting up new sites we decided to announce the new site in its as is condition," he said. "We plan to have it fully stocked with objective information on how to sell a house fast when it is in foreclosure, before the federal health care site is finished," he said.
About Advanced Realty Team
George and Maryan Beardsley, two former stock brokers, founded Advanced in 1996 after spending several years working for a national franchise real estate firm and gradually doing a larger portion of their business buying and selling homes for themselves and financing sales for other Realtors. They entered the real estate business the hard way, owinng a home in Boca Raton Florida within a mile of the site for a planned garbage burning incinerator.
The Realtor they hired suggested owner financing which Maryan and George said sounded "stupid and scary." But having little choice they sold and held the mortgage and the more they learned about creative financing, the more it seemed to be an important tool, especially when it is difficult to sell houses.
Eventually the buyer of their home refinanced and the Beardsleys received the full amount of cash for the sale, at top price and during a period when no one had been able to sell. "That really got our attention and we left stocks, commodities and bonds for real estate," George said. The firm offers a number of ways of buying houses fast and lately has been offering affordable homes programs, using homes bought as rentals and rent to own homes.
Holds Famous Rental Trade Mark
George Beardsley holds the U. S. Patent Office Trade Mark for the Famous Rent to Own on Steroids Program™ where all rent paid in the entire first year becomes down payment and the tenant-buyer can earn a mortgage by making 12 consecutive monthly payments on time and maintaining the home as though they already owned it.
In the last year, the firm has added an Internet marketing division to use some of the experience the firm has developed in marketing both the purchase of houses fast and the various rental programs offered, including the Famous Rent to Own on Steroids™ and the Famous Foreclosure Rentals program.
Advanced is currently promoting The Secret of Deliberate Creation, a course by Dr. Robert Anthony and offers a service for local merchants where they guarantee the local firms’ website will be on the first page of Google.
