Mobile-Mate incorporates GPS & LBS location technology, automatic fall detection, and 3-way conferencing. These features combined with Tunstall’s state-of-the-art response center make it very attractive to active seniors who may need assistance should an emergency arise, or simply to give them a sense of security while venturing outside of their homes.

Tunstall Americas operates two state-of-the-art Response Centers located in Long Island City, NY and Pawtucket, RI. The centers feature high-speed communication infrastructures and the highest security system available. The centers are staffed by professional Mobile-Mate trained, Response Center Tunstall Operators 24/7/365.

By simply pressing the Mobile-Mate emergency response button, the customer will be connected to a Response Center Operator who will evaluate the situation and determine appropriate action. The Mobile-Mate has built-in GPS and LBS technology, which helps the operator locate the customer. The product also has the capability to automatically detect falls, which will trigger the same response to a Response Center Operator. Additionally, the Operator has the ability to “conference in” family or friends if the customer wishes. Regardless of the situation, the Response Center Operator will stay connected to the individual until the situation is resolved.
