Halcyon announces the completion of their first hospice acquisition in South Carolina. The acquired company is Infinity Hospice located in Aiken, SC.
Halcyon was formed in 2010 by Dan Kohl, Jack Draughon and Health Evolution Partners (HEP), to build the leading hospice in the Southeastern U.S. Halcyon currently serves fifty-five counties in the state of Georgia. Infinity Hospice marks Halcyon’s entrance into South Carolina.
“We look forward to our expansion into South Carolina and the opportunity to bring comfort to patients and families struggling with serious illness,” says Dan Kohl, CEO of Halcyon.
Halcyon will initially operate under the Infinity name and provide the same level of outstanding service that patients and families have become accustomed to receiving.
