In addition, Dr. Boxer has twice been recognized as one of the top doctors in America.
Dr. Boxer has served as a senior advisor on health policy in four Presidential campaigns and is an Associate Editor of the American Society of Clinical Oncologists (ASCO) Post and a regular contributor to multiple medical journals. He was appointed by President Clinton to the National Cancer Advisory Board (NCAB) from 1995 to 2002 and National Board of Advisors of the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) from 1994 to 1999.
