IPS, a provider of document process automation and cloud-based workflow services, has announced the hiring of Tony Carlucci as its new Business Development Manager. Mr. Carlucci brings more than 15 years of experience in account management and business-to-business sales in industries including finance, information technology, wireless and Web services, and the hospitality industry.
He began his career in the financial industry as an institution block trader in 1997 and moved to sales trading in 2001, where he was responsible for maintaining and developing new accounts. Tony has spent the last 3 years of his career in B2B sales and specializes in developing new business and building key customer relationships.
“Tony’s breadth of experience with complex products and services across multiple industries is a real asset for IPS,” said CEO Greg Bartels. “As business process automation becomes the core of IPS’s business, we expect him to make major contributions to account acquisition and strategic partnership development.”
IPS pioneered the idea that documents could enter the organization as paper, email or electronic files, and become digital assets powering a digital process. In the past two decades, the company has created more than one billion digital records for clients including the world’s top advertising agencies, financial firms, pharmaceutical manufacturers, insurers and information technology companies. For customers, those digital assets and processes cut costs and speed turnaround, reduce legal and financial risks, and improve customer relationships. In a business world where employees may be working anywhere at any time, IPS helps keep them – literally – on the same page. Privately held, IPS is headquartered in Secaucus, New Jersey and manages operations across the United States and around the world.
