Yourwellness Magazine asserted that these exercises need to be combined with endurance and cardio to truly get rid of belly fat. Yourwellness Magazine explained that endurance training involves doing lots of reps of an exercise with a low weight, which draws on the liver to let go of the energy that it stores for such occasions. When this happens, the body urgently needs to replace the sugar that has been removed from the liver, and it breaks down fatty adipose tissue around the body to replace the glycogen.
