In a series of videos sent to his fans recently, Dr. Mehmet Oz has been supplementing his television show with information about concerns ranging from general health to diets, The Examiner reported December 9th. With this in mind, Yourwellness Magazine looked at ways to banish belly fat once and for all. According to Yourwellness Magazine, ‘When people want to lose weight and increase their fitness, you can guarantee that there is one or more problem area that they specifically dislike and want to banish. More often than not, that problem area is the tummy. Getting rid of belly fat is a top priority to help improve your wellness and wellbeing, as the waist circumference is known to be linked to a number of serious health conditions. Slimming down your waist is not easy though, and you need to know exactly how to go about it.’ (http://www.yourwellness.com/2013/12/banish-excess-belly-fat/#sthash.e9kdUROP.dpuf)
Yourwellness Magazine argued that many people do hours and hours of crunches every week to try to get rid of their belly fat, not realising that, on their own, crunches and sit-ups are useless. Yourwellness Magazine asserted that these exercises need to be combined with endurance and cardio to truly get rid of belly fat. Yourwellness Magazine explained that endurance training involves doing lots of reps of an exercise with a low weight, which draws on the liver to let go of the energy that it stores for such occasions. When this happens, the body urgently needs to replace the sugar that has been removed from the liver, and it breaks down fatty adipose tissue around the body to replace the glycogen.
