Lansing, MI (PRWEB) December 12, 2013
Career Quest Learning Centers announced today the creation of a $1,000,000 scholarship fund to be distributed to eligible students who begin classes in 2014. The need-based fund is available to any eligible student attending one of Career Quest’s three campuses. Eligible applicants can receive up to $1,000 to further their career training. The scholarships will be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis until all scholarship funds are awarded.
The scholarship is need-based and will be determined using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Eligibility for the scholarship will be determined automatically for all students who meet with an Admissions Representative at Career Quest, apply for financial assistance and start classes in 2014.
“It was an easy decision for us to make this investment in the future of Career Quest students,” said Bob McCart, CEO of Career Quest Learning Centers. “We’re excited that this million dollar scholarship fund will allow more people to pursue their dream of a new career and a brighter future.”
Anyone interested in applying for a scholarship from the million dollar fund is invited to visit the admissions office at any of the Career Quest campuses or learn more online at http://www.cqlc.edu.
