Neal Communities Heads Into December 35% Ahead of Last Year
Lakewood Ranch, Florida (PRWEB) December 12, 2013 -- Neal Communities has sold 768 homes so far this year, a more than 35% increase from 2012. The Lakewood Ranch based new home builder continued its record breaking sales streak with 56 homes sold in November.
“The holiday season has continued to fuel our sales pace,” said David Hunihan, director of sales for Neal Communities. “Traffic to our sales centers is up as well as our conversion rates, which tells us that buyers in this market are making decisions. We expect this trend to continue throughout the remainder of the year,” Hunihan said.
Sales took place across sixteen communities from Manatee County to Lee County. Central Park at Lakewood Ranch and Grand Palm in Venice continued to be notable neighborhoods for Neal in November, each with 13 sales. Central Park is in its final phase of selling and will most likely be sold out by the end of 2014.
River’s Reach, a family friendly community in Parrish, had five sales and at Miramar, Neal’s condominium community in Lakewood Ranch, only two homes remain. Sawgrass in Venice is also close to sell out with just two homesites left and one model available for sale.
In Neal’s Southwest Florida Division, Villa Palmeras in Estero remained popular with homebuyers last month with five sales.
John Neal Homes also had a big month in November with one sale each in Greystone, The Concession, and Windy Hills in Country Club East, and two sales in Highfield, the last new home section in the Lakewood Ranch Country Club.
