After the recent opening of FORE Performance’s innovative indoor golf facility, it plans for continued success as it releases new training and conditioning programs aimed to keep golfers on top of their game throughout the cold winter months.

FORE Performance’s state-of-the-art club has proven itself to be a mover-and-shaker in the business of golf training and conditioning. After finishing up its opening month raising over $2,000 for charity, the owners are far from letting winter conditions slow down the momentum. It has recently released new, off-season opportunities to avert the enthusiasm from waning as the cold weather forces everyone indoors.

The club recently shifted their attention towards golf-related instructional, practice, and performance systems that will allow golfers to remain sharp and focused on their A-game in the indoor facility. The aboutGOLF simulators utilize a unique, high-speed video system from JC Video that leads the forefront in golf instructional technology. Crafted by PGA Professional Joe Lusardi, also renowned for his command at the strongest junior golf academy in Rochester, the aboutGOLF simulators host a menu of course venues and practice options to fine-tune the game within an atmosphere that provides ball flight during the winter months.

Furthermore, Junior Gamechanger recently extended its progressive group training program to accommodate 10 junior golfers per session at two sessions a week, for a span extending throughout the months of winter and into early spring. Junior Gamechanger offers youth ages 13 to 18 the opportunity to develop their skills at an early age in preparation for potentially competing against the most elite golfers in the country. The mission of Gamechanger is to set the young athlete on a path to greatness by maximizing their athletic potential, accomplished through maintaining a progressive golf-specific strength and conditioning regimen. The program is designed to help young golfers increase their physical performance while decreasing their risk of injury. Ryan Steenberg, the owner of FORE Performance, states, “The only way to unlock true potential is to connect the body with the swing, and condition both simultaneously.”

FORE Performance has already achieved noteworthy benchmarks in its first two months of opening and is sure to attract more attention as it continues to push the envelope at the forefront of the industry. By offering creative and forward-thinking solutions evident in its unique facility, expert instruction, and wide-range of programs available, FORE Performance helps golfers overcome setbacks that have prevented them from achieving their peak performance.
