This is such an important age to learn about oral health. I congratulate Mr Peter Barron, the author, on the success of his children’s book series, and extend my thanks to him for highlighting the importance of dental health.”
The article announces the publication of a children’s book written by Peter Barron called, “Black-toothed Ruth Black”. The news of the book has been widely praised by the dental community. Tariq Drabu went on to say, “The British Dental Health Foundation announced recently that they will be helping to promote the book and plan to make it available for sale on their website. This is excellent news, The British Dental Health Foundation are creating an opportunity for more families to have access to this book. Stories have long been a wonderful way to teach and guide our children. This story book is no exception.”
Tariq Drabu told us about the book, “The story is about a little girl who does not brush her teeth! The story then takes the form of an amazing adventure where the dentist is one of the key characters. The story has a positive and happy ending, with a marvelous rescue by the Tooth Fairy and a big lesson learned; the little girl starts to brush her teeth regularly. This is a wonderful story! I hope that it is made available to as many children as possible.”
