ADCS Clinics (“ADCS”) announced it has come to terms to acquire Mason Dermatology, founded by Dr. Jan Fu in Mason, Ohio. The acquisition is slated to occur in the first quarter of 2014.
Dr. Fu has broad research and clinical experience in free radical, membrane receptors, photo-induced damage in skin, and various other healthcare related areas. She has published more than a dozen papers and has been a featured speaker in local and at national and international symposiums. Dr. Fu is a Board Certified Dermatologist and is also certified in Cutaneous Laser Surgery, by Harvard Medical School. She also has a PhD in chemistry.
Dr. Fu has been in private practice since 1990 and is also a clinical consultant, principal investigator in clinical studies and speaker for P&G and many other pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Fu had been a Clinical faculty (volunteer) at the University of Cincinnati, Department of Dermatology as well as a Group leader at P&G in skin care & drug related research and is a Board member of Brown Mackie College, Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Fu also has been voted several years by her peers as top doctor in Cincinnati, OH.
