Jeffrey Tipton, a sales and marketing specialist with extensive experience, has joined Travel To Go as its Corporate Trainer.

Tipton has 17 years of experience in sales and marketing with Hyatt Classic Residences as a representative for its Senior Living Facilities. According to Tipton, there are many similarities between the marketing of Senior Living Facilities and the travel industry as both are hospitality based, are customer-focused and both rely heavily on the delivery of service.

Tipton notes that Travel To Go has a “core of great employees.” He is working with staff to implement best business practices while helping the staff to reach their full potential and ensuring continued team growth while enhancing revenue. He will work to further train staff to engage members, anticipate their needs and live by the 5 Star service credo that Travel To Go promotes.
