Vanguard Properties Announces Their Third Office Opening in San Francisco, CA
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) December 14, 2013 -- Vanguard Properties, the well-respected San Francisco based Real Estate firm, is once again spreading its wings. Today, Principal James Nunemacher announced the opening of Vanguard’s third office in San Francisco located in the Castro District. The office, which was formerly the Herth Real Estate office, is being transformed into a new Vanguard office. Additionally, two new Vanguard Properties offices will be opening in Guerneville, CA and Palm Springs, CA that were also formerly Herth offices.
Throughout Herth’s 45-year history, Herth Real Estate has held a place among the Bay Area’s top real estate companies. The firm specializes in fine residential homes, condominiums, TIC’s and multi-family properties throughout the diverse and dynamic neighborhoods of San Francisco and beyond. Vanguard Properties plans to carry on the Herth’s tradition of quality propositions that are aligned with Vanguard’s.
The Herth Real Estate Company, established in 1965, was founded by Ray Herth and has since been a landmark Real Estate brand in San Francisco and the Bay Area. In 1983, Larry Stebbins joined the firm and become the Managing Broker in 1994 with then owner, Ron Bansemer, and later became sole owner in 2006. Mr. Stebbins will now stay onboard with Vanguard Properties.
Mr. Nunemacher is proud to say that Vanguard shares the same culture and values as the original founders and will always pay homage to the work that Herth did in and for our city. Emery Bushong will remain as Sales Manager, in addition to the retention of Herth’s professional staff.
