The Brasserie Americana will be serving its regular dinner menu up until approximately 7:00 pm; however, after that it will only be host to those that choose to partake in the New Year's Eve special.
"I wanted to create a menu that would appeal to those seeking a quiet and sophisticated evening, yet one that still allows one to reflect on 2013 and consider their new hopes, dreams and possibilities for 2014 while maintaining a celebratory atmosphere. New Year's Eve does not always have to go hand-in-hand with loud music and people. That's the atmosphere we intend to create for our guests," replied Chef Stancati when asked about his goal for the evening.
The Brasserie Americana can seat approximately 60 - 80 guests, depending on group sizes. Reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis. Guests are asked to call 516-773-2000 to make their reservations.
